- Please have your Livescan Pre-registration form completed before your arrival. The forms are available online. Livescan Pre-Registration Application
- Please know what type of check you are required to have, Federal and State, State or Federal only. We will not be responsible if the type of check you requested is not what has been required of you.
- If you are requesting a background check for employment or licensing purposes, you MUST have all documentation from the requestor to include the agency name and authorization number.
- If your background check is being sent to a government agency you may also need an ORI number.
- You must bring a valid form of government identification with a photo such as a driver’s license or state issued identification card.

- Ink fingerprints are priced at $25 per card.
Depending on your needs 1 or more cards may be required.
